Five hundred million Judas in the world!

The nineteen terrorists who hijacked the four commercial American planes with which they destroyed the World Trade Center in New York and part of the Pentagon in Washington, causing the death to more than five thousand innocent people, acted like Apostle Judas because they did not follow the philosophical religion of the true Islam. They betrayed Muhammad’s and Koran’s   message of doing good to thy neighbor.

Two thousand years ago Judas did the same thing to Jesus Christ, betraying him,  in his message of doing good to Humanity. Judas received 30 pieces of  silver  from the Romans, but ended up by committing suicide, by hanging himself from a fig tree!

It seems that the entire civilized world is now mobilizing itself for a general war against the terrorists, that is, against all the “Judas” of the world!

But how many Judas there are in this world? It is very easy to find out. Let us examine the statistics of the world population,  NOW,  25 years from now, and also in 50 years. Let us then look at the numbers in the World Almanac.

World Population

Presently (2001) the population of the world is over six billions  of human beings!!

Scientifically we know that the human race has existed on this planet for over two million years. It is calculated that all total more than ninety two billion persons have already lived,  within this long period.

It was in 1798, that the English writer, Thomas Malthus, wrote a book entitled –“An Essay of the Principle of Population as it affects the Future Development of the Society”—that is, the relation between population and the production of food – making the prognosis that the increase of population will occur in a geometric form, that is, in an exponential series of numbers such as  -- 1, 2, 4, 8, 16… while the increases of production of food will happen in an arithmetic form, or linear, such as – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6… And Malthus’ prognosis  has been  correct, unfortunately is very correct.

Countries in which the population will increase:

At the present time China has  in billions = 1,261,832,482  inhabitants. In 25 years it will have a population of  1,407,739 and  in   2050 it will be  1,322,435, that is,  85 million less. 

Now,  in India  the numbers in billions are = 1,014,004. In  25 years it will be   1,415,274 and in 2050 it will be  1,706,951. Five hundred million more than China! Incredible!   

Now, in the United States we have in millions = 275,563. In 25 years it will be 335,360 and in 2050 it will be  394,241. It will increase 119 millions. This is no joke, either! 

Now,  in Brazil they have in millions = 172,860.  In 25 years it will be  209,587 and in  2050 it will be  228,145.  An increase of   56 millions. 

Now,  in   Ethiopia exists  in millions = 64,117.  In  25 years it will be  98,763 and in 2050 it will be 159,170.  In the next 50 years it will increase 95 million. God bless them. They are already one of the poorest nation in the world. 

Now, Argentina has in millions = 36,955. In  25 years it will be  48,350 and in  2050 it will reach  56,258. An increase of  20 millions. 

Now,  in Mexico  there are in millions =100,350. In 25 years  it will be  141,593 and in  2050  it will reach  167,474. It will gain 67 millions. 

Now, Canada has in millions =  31,278.  In  25 years it will be 141,987 and in  2050 it will reach  20,491. It will gain 19 millions. 

Countries in which the population will decrease:

Presently Portugal has in millions =10,048. In  25  years  Portugal  will have less one million = 9,012 and in  2050  it will have less 3 millions 7,255. Within  50 years  Portugal will loose 3 million  inhabitants!  Amazing! 

 Now, France has in millions = 59,330. In 25 years  it will have less 2 millions 57,806 and in  2050  it will have less 9 millions 48,218.  In 50 years France will loose 11 millions.  

Now England has in millions =  59,508.  In 25 years I will have  59,985 and in  2050 it will be 54,116, that is, less  5 millions.

Now,  Italy has in millions = 57,634.  In the next 25 years it will have  50,353  less  7 millions and in  2050 it will be  38,290, that is, less  12 millions. This means that in the next 50 years Italy will loose 19 millions!  Obviously the Pope has had  an opposite effect on the Italian people.

Now,  Spain has in millions = 40,038.  In the next 25 years it will have 36,841  less  4 millions and in  2050 it will be 29,405, that is, less 7 millions. This means that in the next 50 years Spain  will loose 11 millions!  Spain that is such  a Catholic country,  obviously  does not follow the Pope's birth decontrol recommendations!...

Now,  Russia has in millions = 146,001. In the next 25 years it will have  138,842 less  8 millions  an in  2050  it will be 121,777, less  17 millions. Russia will loose 25 millions in the next 50 years. 

Consequences 

It is very clear that the most civilized, or old countries will loose population, while the third world countries will gain population, with expectation of U. S. A, and Brazil,  because these will also gain many millions!...

Europe is the only region of the world that will loose population in  the next 50 years. The rest of the world will gain, but Asia and South America will be the most gainers.

In 50 years the world population will grow  in billions  NOW =  6,157,401   to in 2025 = 7,840,660  and in 2050  will be = 9,104,206. 

The Homo Sapiens supposed to be the smartest animal on the surface of this world is obviously destroying itself and the world resources, by this uncontrolled human population!

Eight per cent Judas!

With all these astronomic numbers,  how can we calculate the number of “Judas” that exist in the world?

It is very easy to arrive at the conclusion of eight percent of Judas. We just need to examine the twelve Apostles with Jesus Christ in the Last Supper.  Let us take a look at the famous painting by Leonardo da Vinci. 

In the Last Supper, Christ caused  great commotion when he declared:

“One of you will betray me!”

It was necessary fifteen hundred years to go by,  for a genius like Leonardo da Vinci to captivate on a canvas that moment so chocking and so dramatic.

I saw this painting in loco,  on April 1955, when my Medical  Class  from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, visited (for one month)  the Medical and Hospital Centers in France and Italy. At that time this paintings was showing already sings of deterioration.

Some experts say that even when Leonardo da Vinci finished the painting it started deteriorating because the painter  did not want to use the usual  technique.  He wanted  to try the oil technique so he could give more vivacity to the appearance of the Apostles to reveal more of their emotions after hearing the declaration of Christ that one of them was going o betray him!

Analysis of the painting

The “Last Supper” by Leonardo da Vinci which he painted in the dining room of the Monastery of Our Lady of Grace, in Milan, Italy, became an immediately success, when it was exposed to the public in 1497.

This painting is so well propositioned that anyone eating  in the dinning room gets the impression that he is eating together with the Christ and the Apostles!

To give more emphasis to the dramatic moment,  Leonardo da Vinci, the immortal Italian painter,  grouped the Apostles in threes, so they could appear to question each other, because of the great  chocking surprise and emotion,  after hearing from Christ that one of them was going to betray him.

Judas

Judas was the  Apostle  who betrayed Christ.  He betrayed Christ by selling him to the Romans for 30 pieces of silver, because in those days, it was the price of a slave!

 Judas  was the first to get together with Christ and perhaps because of that he became the treasurer of the Association of the Twelve Apostles.  Judas  only love money. “He only  loved money, as the Devil loved souls”.

For Christ to be caught,  Judas signal the Roman soldiers that he would give a kiss to Christ in the garden,  so they would easily identify Christ.  (Similarly, today we see some people that show that they are very friendly, when indeed they are just like Judas...).  Judas, after the crucifixion  of Christ, repented himself, returned the 30 pieces of silver, and hanged himself from a fig tree!

Percentage of 8 per cent

 If among TWELVE apostles,  ONE became a traitor,  it is  very easily for  us to determine the PECENTAGE   of treachery among men and women!

In ONE HUNDRED  group of Apostles we will have  8.3 per cent, or  EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS!

If we apply this rule – EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS  -- to all the organizations composed of  men and women, we can verify that all of us are living and working with persons who are fakers, liars, incompetent, hypocrites, two faces, dishonest , foxy, always against , traitors, -- with character  equal  to that of the Apostle  Judas.

We will find -- EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS – in the local governments,  in the city and town halls, in the state government, in the federal government in the Congress, in the army,  in the navy and in the aviation, of every nation on earth.

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS: in religious organizations, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Islamic, Buddhist,  Communists or of any other denomination…

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS: in the automobile factories, of television, of radio, cassette players and videos, domestic appliances, sawing machines, factories of fiber glass boats, navy yards, factories of cheese and butter and even factories of stainless steel and factories of textile products!

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS: in newspapers, magazines, in the television and radio stations, in banks, in agencies of real state, in garages, in medical societies, in medical centers, in hospitals, in sanatoria, in elementary  schools, in high schools, in colleges an even universities.

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS : in cultural associations, historical, sports, social, political,  musical, non-profit, fraternal and even charitable...

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS: in the family! How many husbands, are very nice, kind toward  the other people,  but when they get home are very rude, cruel  to the  wife and the children.  Some of them even beat the wife and then state  that “it is to keep the guitar in tune!…” 

And how many women for the outside  people are all smiles, very pleasant, given the impression that they are perfect wives and mothers, but when they return home they behave like “Judas” insulting, nagging and shouting creating a miserable family environment? 

500 millions of  Judas

If the entire world has now a population over 6 billion people and if the percentage of Judas is 8.3 per cent, applying the same percentage  to the 6 billions human beings, we arrive at the amazing figure of 500 million of Judas that exist in our planet!!! This is a phenomenal number!!!

Who in this world does not have a small portion of Judas?  What is your percentage of Judas?

EIGHT PER CENT JUDAS is a DISEASE  that affects all human races, and unfortunately is an  UNIVERSAL DISEASE!   It affects more that 500 million persons!!!

I want to ask the persons reading  this article and who have at home a painting of the “Last Supper” by Leonardo da Vinci,   to try to locate and identify Judas in the same painting?

He is the third one, sitting at the right of Christ, holding in his right hand a bag of money! Leonardo da Vinci painted him darker, as a symbol of his sin! 

What each one of us has to do, what  each nation has to do,  to defend ourselves from the Judas of the world? 

We all must do like the Latin proverb advises us:

              “Si vis pacem, para bellum”.  
“If you want peace, be prepared for war!

This is the Amendment that from now on,  every nation has to follow permanently.

How many Judas do we have in U. S. A.?

It is very easily for us to get the numbers. If the population of U. S. A. is 272 million, applying to the percentage of 8 per cent, we get the impressive number of in millions = 2,176,000!  

Where are they? They are scattered through out America. They are the Jim MacVeighs, the Unabombers, those that burn the American Flags, the xenophobes, the extreme right and the left the radio and television reporters and commentators, and even certain members of religious sects. Unfortunately we have an abundance of Judas inside the U. S. A. who hate our beloved country!

We have to be very much alert against our own  American Judas !!!

How many Judas in Portugal?

If  Portugal has  a population of 10 million, eight per cent,  is 800 thousand Judas,  scattered throughout  the Continent, Azores and Madeira.  It is also a very impressive number!
