 Dr. Portucalus and he says :" I smell it!" 

Dr.  Portucalus gives the patient  a bottle of the miracle spray "Windex". and instructions how to use  it! \ 

Dr. Portucalus,  at the end of his offices hours, announcing that 
he is the one Doctor in Town  that still makes house calls!...
