In the U. S. individuals who are conscientious about their health are concerned about normal blood sugar levels (80-120 mg/100 cc of plasma). They wish to maintain normal cholesterol levels or fat in the blood (150-200/100 cc of plasma). But, what are the normal time values of sexual intercourse? There is also a general concern about normal blood pressure levels which should not be higher than 140 (systolic) and 90 (diastolic).
But, what of the normal time values for sexual intercourse? Normally, one cubic millimeter of blood has 5 to 10 thousand white blood cells and five million red blood cells! And the normal time values for sexual intercourse? Medicine, with its extraordinary advances in this century, has determined the normal values for many minute functions of the human body, but has consistently ignored the question: What are the normal time values of sexual intercourse?
The magic number for normal intercourse time is TWELVE! Twelve minutes is the average time that a woman needs to reach her orgasm. Twelve minutes is the average time that a man must maintain his erection for mutually satisfying sexual relations.
If we construct a chart (Diagram) with electrical intensity on the vertical axis and minutes on the horizontal axis, we can analyze and compare the sexual chronometer (timekeeper) of man and woman. Good sexual timekeeping hinges on the 12-minute mark. Nature demands 12 minutes and we cannot argue.
Let us now describe the three types of sexual
timekeeping of the male:
First — Premature ejaculator — less than one
minute of erection.
Second — Secondary premature ejaculator — more
than one but less than 12 minutes of erection.
Third — Normal male — more than 12 minutes of
erection.
Premature Ejaculation - A man who ejaculates almost immediately after penetrating the vagina or shortly afterwards, leaving his partner panting, is in serious trouble. His rational center does not control his non-rational sexual center. His problem is in his brain and not in his penis. The causes are psychological and not physical and through treatment, he can learn to delay his orgasm and prolong his erection. treatment to learn to control the urge to ejaculate, allowing the rational sexual center to put on the brakes prolonging his erection. The causes of premature ejaculation are varied: (1) feelings of sexual incompetence; (2) belief that sex is a si; (3) fear of impregnating the woman; (4) anxiety caused by multiple personal and social factors.
Secondary Premature Ejaculator The men in this group can hold erection longer than one minute, but less than 12 minutes. These men have a good possibility of becoming normal sexual partners. First, they must know the basic principles of the electricity of love and how it functions in the human body. Second, they must avoid beverages that excessively stimulate the sympathetic system (the accelerator) such as nicotine (tobacco), caffeine (coffee, tea, chocolate and cola drinks), and other stimulant drugs including alcohol.
The United States of America, the most advanced nation in the world, is unfortunately the world champion of divorce. More than fifty-two percent of American marriages end in divorce. Why? If the causes of divorce are multiple, no doubt the problem of premature ejaculation is one of them.
We do not live in a vacuum. Naturally, we have a tendency to get caught up in the fast pace surrounding us. Our way of life is too rapid. In this situation the sympathetic system predominates. Our interests are fast, violent sports, the preference for wild noisy music, the high speed on the highways, all this causes the United States to be, sexually, the most immature in the entire world. When we travel on the highway at 55 miles per hour and a car speeds past us, I say to my wife: “There goes an early ejaculator!”
Unfortunately millions of women across America have become mothers and grandmothers without ever having experienced an orgasm, because the sexual partner was always a premature ejaculator, always an egotist. A premature ejaculator may render pregnant his wife and consider himself very macho but, poor fellow, he is nothing more than an artificial inseminator... Statistics today (2001) show that up to 60 per cent of American women do not enjoy orgasm! Why?
The normal male maintains his erection longer than 12 minutes, sharing the panorama from the sexual plateau with the woman he loves, before both ascend together to the peak of the mountain. Why? Because in the normal male the rational sexual center controls the non rational sexual center. In the sexual act, the male cannot fake! It is all or nothing! The woman has the advantage in that she can counterfeit her part in sexual intercourse.
It is the man’s duty to control sexual timing, and this is no easy task. Every woman should be sensitive and concerned about this.
