On Sunday, June 13, 2010, at 2PM Dr. Luciano da Silva, President of the Friends of the Dighton Rock Museum Inc.
(1) He will make a presentation of the 8 panels that he exhibited 34 years ago at the Boston City Hall.
(2) He will explain the best technique for anyone to examine any inscriptions etched on any rock.
(3) He will answers any historical questions concerning the history of Dighton Rock and also about the world discoveries.
(4) He will show with tangential lighting the Portuguese inscriptions engraved on the face of the Dighton Rock.

On Sunday, June 13th, 2010, at 2PM, Dr. Manuel Luciano da Silva will present, at the Dighton Rock Museum, the 8 panels that he exhibited at the Boston City Hall during the 1976 Bicentennial Celebration - 34 years ago - and will also explain the best technique for anyone to examine ANY inscriptions etched on a rock.
You will have an opportunity to meet Dr. Luciano da Silva, a Physician and Historian, Author of 8 books and also a Radio and Television personality.
You will have occasion to ask him direct questions about the history of Dighton Rock and also about the world navigations.
Entrance to Dighton Rock State Park and to the Museum is free. There are picnic facilities in the park. Parking is also free.
