Nathan Fillion revealed one regret about the upcoming Uncharted movie

It’s been a rough sketch for the Uncharted series to finally discover it Nathan Drake to head into to the big screen. In the end, the video game picked Tom Holland, who played Peter Parker in Spiderman, for the role.

For the Naughty Dog video game franchise, which is set for an initial release in 2022, Drake’s origins will slowly be explored and it will, naturally, include how the adventurer came to befriend Sully, which is being portrayed by Mark Wahlberg. The fans and American online casino have waited a long time for this, and they are eager to see Nathan Fillion in the role.

The Uncharted movie entered development back in 2009, with Nathan Fillion expressing his interest in becoming the lead actor and went on to start a campaign on Twitter which saw many fans gassed up about the Canadian actor taking over the role.

More than a decade later, the video-game movie’s lead actor was finally as Tom Holland and is en route to be released in theatres next year, Fillion also revealed his thoughts on the video game adaptation.

“My only regret is that we had to wait so very, very long for someone to do something so we could actually see some Uncharted stuff. Other than that, I think all my boxes have been checked,” he said.

“I’m pretty excited to see what they do with that. I love movies and those guys have never let us down; Tom Holland, come on, Mark Wahlberg. We’re gonna have a great time.”

This showed that Nathan Fillion had no hard feelings as he went on to promote his role in The Suicide Squad with Gaming Bible, which is set to be released in theatres and HBO Max on August 6th. The actor approved of Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg taking up roles in the adaptation while also confirming that he will be watching the movie when it got released along with many from machine a sous argent reel.

Nathan Fillion will be appearing in The Suicide Squad as The Detachable Kid alongside John Cena, Margot Robbie, and others. The Uncharted movie will get an initial release on February 9, 2022.
