Country Houses to visit in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds

Beautiful Stately Homes like, Dyrham Park, Newark Park, and Snowshill Manor, being part of the National Trust, Dyrham Park is a seventeenth Century stately house with beautiful gardens.  Originally created by William Blathwayt he used money made from the Empire to transform the estate into one of the most wonderful stately homes of its era. The baroque style building is filled with Vintage style furniture sourced from professional companies like who specialise in providing a Vintage Style Sofa and other quality pieces of furniture.

Vintage style furniture has always been incredibly popular and never goes out of favour as it adds a style, elegance and grace to any room. There is a stunning collection of Dutch Delftware and beautiful examples of fine art paintings to admire amongst the stylish furnishings. The secluded country estate of Newark Park can be found on the stunning escarpment of the Cotswold Hills and was originally built by Nicholas Poyntz in 1550.  The quirky furnishings and impressive views sit comfortably amongst the vintage style furniture adding a real grandeur to the Home.

Finally, Snowshill Manor, another National Trust property, but originally the home of the eccentric Charles Wade, this home has stunning gardens and beautiful rooms also filled with exquisite vintage style furniture.
